Flourish Somatic Coaching Sessions

Somatic coaching sessions are a chance to deeply listen to the messages your nervous system has been sending you. Sometimes our nervous system sends messages by means of symptoms in our bodies. Sometimes it feels like being stuck in the same patterns that keep you from fully landing in peace and ease.

Somatic coaching sessions are an invitation to learn pathways that feel best for you to create a space of safety, nurture what arises, and carry this with you beyond the session.

These are 60 minute sessions that incorporate various somatic modalities to regulate the nervous system and expand the ability to be with sensations from past traumas. The goal is to create new neural pathways that allow your body to sense deeper flourishing and growth.

Every session begins by helping your nervous system settle enough to be present. Taking the time to assess your default state and create individual paths to regulation that you will use during sessions and beyond.

From there, we gently explore what your body is holding through somatic inquiry and felt-sense awareness.

As more clarity emerges, we invite the body to express what words often cannot through movement, breath, or stillness.

We close by integrating the experience with Reiki, reflection, and simple practices to support you between sessions.

Creating a flow and maintaining nervous system regulation is most helpful during somatic coaching sessions to move beyond loops and assist your body in processing. It’s recommended to book at least a 4 session package for optimal embodied progress.

A single session is still great for experiencing the practice or when life brings challenges and you would like time to process.
